What you’ll be doing:
- Organize and coordinate service daily delivery operations
- Scheduling & Coordinating daily tasks with Relevant Departments: Cleaning, Maintenance and Guest Experience team
- Equipped and ready to tackle challenging situations: Within the team, cleaning or maintenance issues & Guest situations
- Monitoring the stock control and requesting new orders as required
- Reviewing and confirming daily check-in and checkout time. Accordingly assigning the check-in to the Guest Relations Executive
- Improving and implementing ways to enhance the guest experience
- Month-end reconciliations for vendor payments
- Ensuring all units are in guest-ready conditions by conducting relevant inspections
- Measuring the success via guest reviews and making required changes along the way

- Experience in the rooms division at a hotel or holiday home experience.
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of the city/tourist experiences
- Drivers license
- Able to work shifts (morning, night and weekends)
- Problem solver (You can think on your feet!)
- Team player
- Tech savvy and can communicate clearly, quickly and effectively both written and verbally
