What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure the longevity and care of our linen stock by correctly storing, laundering and rotating the linen.
- Sort items, count and record the number of dirty items received before laundry collections
- Report damaged items to the property manager and execute follow up instructions
- Check tasks and projects daily, follow up and give feedback to property managers, guest experience team, operations team and maintenance team.
- Store laundered linen items on shelves after verifying numbers and type of linen received
- Issue linen according to status of the room
- Do monthly linen stock take
- Ensuring that the linen is kept neatly packed on the rails\shelves
